ข้อตกลงในการใช้งาน

เพื่อให้สถาบันฯ ตรวจสอบและพิจารณาออกใบรับรองให้ โดยในการนี้ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับและเข้าใจดี ว่าการตรวจสอบและพิจารณาออก ใบรับรองพระเครื่อง พระบูชา และวัตถุมงคล ตามราย การดังกล่าวข้างต้นของสถาบันฯ เป็นการพิจารณาโดยอาศัยความรู้ความสามารถ ความเชี่ยวชาญ และประสบการณ์เฉพาะตัวของบุคลากรในสถาบันฯ เท่านั้น ซึ่งความเห็นดังกล่าวอาจ เหมือนหรือแตกต่างกับความเห็น

ของบุคคลอื่นได้และข้าพเจ้าจะไม่นำเอาไปอ้างอิงหรือใช้ประโยชน์ในทางการค้าหรือการพาณิชย์ อันอาจเป็นเหตุให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่สถาบันฯ หรือบุคคลทั่วไป โดยเด็ดขาดและหากมีข้อ พิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ เกิดจาการตรวจสอบและพิจารณารับรองดังกล่าว ข้าพเจ้าก็ไม่ติดใจ เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ และขอสละสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินคดีใดๆ กับสถาบันฯ หรือษริษัทตลอด จนผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหลายไม่ว่าทางแพ่งและ ทางอาญา

1.In order to get examined and considered to provide certification from the institute, the clients need to accept and understand that the examination and providing certification of Buddha statue and Amulets that are considered by the institute expert’s personal opinion, knowledge and experience only.

2.Due to the personal expert’s opinion, the clients need to understand that the opinion might be different from other institute expert’s opinion and need to make agreement that the clients will not use it as a reference for trade benefits that can lead to disrepute to institute or other people.

3.If there are any dispute or controversy to the institute’s consideration and examination, the clients need to make agreement that you will not prosecute for any fee commission from the institute.
